PlantHub workflows#

The PlantHub workflow library provides R and Python code for data analysis and visualization in the realms of biodiversity, ecology, and earth system sciences. The data used is open-access; however, in some cases, such as TRY, registration with the data providers is necessary. Links to the download pages of the datasets presented on PlantHub can be found in our downloads section. The workflow library is constantly updated and expanded.
